QuestionHow many licenses do I have to buy?
ActivityMon licensing is based on the number of monitored computers: you have to buy number of licenses equal to the number of monitored computers. You do not have to buy licenses for installations used for activities viewing only. That's the difference to competitive products.
QuestionHow can I get ActivityMon trial version?
Trial version is available for download in the Downloads section. It can be used without any charge for 15 days from the first installation to test ActivityMon functionality and features.
QuestionActivation key is not accepted by the ActivityMon, error 0x00004E88 is reported. Where is the problem?
You are trying to activate ActivityMon version which is within the purchased update period. Install the ActivityMon version released within purchased update period or buy update for your ActivityMon products.
QuestionCan be ActivityMon used with anti-virus installed?
ActivityMon is a standard  Windows® application and as such there should be no collision with any anti-virus software. ActivityMon is permanently tested with the free versions of Microsoft Security Essentials, AVG and Avast Antivirus anti-viruses.
QuestionWhich operating systems are supported by the ActivityMon products?
Family of ActivityMon products is designed and tested for both 32bit and 64bit versions of the Microsoft® Windows® 10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP operating systems. The ActivityMon products for servers are developed for Microsoft® Windows® Server 2016/2012 (R2)/2008 (R2)/2003.
